Devoted father of Paula McCann of Carver, Lisa Daigle of Dedham and Lynn Barsanti of East Bridgewater. Grandfather of Kory and Gus Muscato of East Bridgewater. Brother of Adolph Barsanti of Toano, VA and the late Carl Barsanti.
Late member of the Dedham Knights of Columbus and the Dedham Retired Mens Club. Korean War Veteran, U.S. Navy. Hugo was in the restaurant business for 70 years and was the owner of Barsanti Restaurant, Boston.
Funeral from the George F. Doherty & Sons Wilson-Cannon Funeral Home, 456 High St. DEDHAM, Monday, September 9 at 8 am followed by a Funeral Mass in St. Mary Church, Dedham at 9 am. Relatives and friends kindly invited. Visiting hours Sunday, September 8 from 4-8 pm. Interment Knollwood Memorial Park, Canton. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Hugo’s memory to the Dana Farber Cancer Institute, P.O. Box 849168, Boston, MA 02284-9168.
